We will offer different choices every week so you can survey the multitude of new releases and old reliables we offer. A) Gravitas Unoaked Chardonnay 2004, Marlborough NZ $4 glass
Without the wood, Chardonnay actually tastes more like green apples than buttered popcorn!
B) Gravitas Sauvignon Blanc 2004, Marlborough NZ $4 glass
NZ is rightfully famous for this fresh, invigorating, über food friendly style of Sauvignon Blanc
C) Neumeyer Gewurztraminer Cuvée les Deux M 2007, Alsace $8 glass
Classic: rose petals, lychee and grapefruit zest on the nose, bone dry finish.

A) Castel Sallegg Pinot Bianco 2011, Alto Adige Italy $14 glass
Cool climate, mountain grown, no oak. Very rich with a touch of golden apple.
B) Castel Sallegg Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Alto Adige Italy $14 glass
Cool climate, mountain grown, no oak. Very fresh with tropical fruit notes, dry finish.
C) Sallegg Lago di Caldaro Bischofsleiten 2011, A. A. Italy $13 glass
100% Schiava Gentile produces a light, vibrant red / dark rosé fabulous with spicy foods.

A) Nonno Giuseppe Cabernet 2003, Redwood Valley California $5 glass
Vines planted in 1906, the wine was aged for nine years….it’s ready for its closeup!
B) Caleo Salento Negroamaro 2011, Puglia Italy $6 glass
Negroamaro is soft like Pinot but a bit darker and more rustic.
C) Altemura Salento Primitivo Sasseo 2005, Puglia Italy $6 glass
Primitivo came to Cali and became Zinfandel. This one is earthier and less jammy in style.
4) Italian Varieties you should meet… $23 per flight
A) Cà Bolani Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 2007, Friuli Italy $8 glass
This smooth but spicy / minty wine comes from right on the Italian / Slovenian border.
B) Il Falchetto Dolcetto d’Alba Soulì Broida 2011, Piemonte Italy $12 gl
100% old vine Dolcetto with intense blueberry fruit and a smooth, dry finish.
C) Sedilesu Cannonao di Sardegna S’annada 2009, Italy $13 glass
Intensely flavored but balanced Cannonau (Grenache) from vineyards plowed with oxen.

Food Trucks at our Bar
We often have Gourmet Food Trucks at the Wine Bar. You can grab some hearty, wine friendly food from the truck, bring it into the bar and enjoy it with our weekly selections of wine and beer or, if you live in the ‘hood, get some take out from the truck and take it home (the better the trucks do, the better trucks we can get…it’s a virtuous circle!)

A new kind of Food Truck experience: Chef Michael Israel will prepare a new menu each week inspired by what he finds in the market, we’ll pair it with wines and their service staff will bring it right to your table in our Wine Bar. Service 5:30-9:30 pm. Delicious, creative and affordable!
