100% Corivna fizzified, resulting in a wine with a lovely color, vibrant flavors of red fruits.

Champagne methodology applied to Spanish grapes: Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada.

90% Pinot / 10% Chardonnay, meaty and complex, can handle real food.
