It’s not all Molson Ice and LaBatt’s Lite in the Great White North. There are some outstanding craft brewers making inroads in the lower 48:

Howe Sound, Squamish, British Columbia

These are all outstanding, quite different one from another and come in groovy 1 LITER growlers  with a resealable top: Howe Sound Garibaldi Honey Pale Ale Golden Ale brewed with all natural Lillooet Honey (5% ABV), Howe Sound Rail Ale Nut Brown Ale Round and smooth and comforting with hints of Chocolate & Licorice (5% ABV), Howe Sound Devil’s Elbow India Pale Ale Assertively hoppy but not TOO strong to have a few glasses (6% ABV), Howe Sound Total Eclipse of the Hop Ale, Six different hops, many unique to Canada (8% ABV) and, finally, Howe Sound Pothole Filler Imperial Stout, Brewed with Blackstrap Molasses (9% ABV)…pace yourself.
